Our fee Structure re-enforces our commitment to you and your business. We really want to support you and help drive improvement in your business. You can choose either option 1 or option 2
1. Percentage (%) of the added business value. Determined by agreed targets with the client. With this option we simply do not get paid unless we hit the targets agreed with you.
2. Consultation Fee at an agreed rate with the client. This rate is determined by the extent of the service required by the client, and the period of time involved.
